Medizoom Account Deletion and Data Erasure
You can use one of the methods below to close your account or request erasure of your personal data.
Method 1 — In-App
To close your account from within the app, go to Profile > Account Settings > Sessions and use the Delete My Account button to complete the process with the verification steps.
Method 2 — Request by Email
If you do not have access to the app or cannot use the in-app method, you may submit your account deletion or data erasure request by email to destek@medizoom.net. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
Data Retention Policy
When an account is deleted, user profile data and personal data associated with the account are permanently deleted. Invoice and transaction records may be retained for the periods required by law (e.g. tax, commercial bookkeeping, consumer law); such records are processed only where legally required.
